Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how FontGraphix collects, uses, and protects your information. FontGraphix is operated by OliveShip Ltd (United Kingdom).
FontGraphix itself does not directly collect personal information. User authentication is handled by Clerk, which provides us with limited account data including your name, email address, and profile image.
We do not collect passwords or authentication credentials.
Authentication and session management are handled entirely by Clerk. Cookies are used only for login and session purposes. FontGraphix does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
Users may create images and upload images for use within the design editor. Uploaded images and generated designs are used only during the active session and are not stored permanently on our servers.
Generated designs are private and never made public.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. FontGraphix does not store or process payment card details.
We store a Stripe customer identifier and purchase status solely to manage access to the service.
FontGraphix is hosted on AWS Amplify. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we handle from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
As user-generated designs are not stored permanently, no long-term design data is retained.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Information is shared only with essential service providers (Clerk and Stripe) to operate FontGraphix.
You may delete your account at any time. Once deleted, all associated account information is permanently removed. Since generated designs and uploads are not stored, no residual user content remains.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
