FontGraphix is a web-based design tool that allows users to create text-based images using various fonts and optionally add images. Users may download the designs they create.
An account is required to use FontGraphix. Authentication is handled by third-party providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
FontGraphix is offered as a one-time payment providing lifetime access. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. All sales are final and non-refundable.
You retain full ownership of any images or designs created using FontGraphix. There are no restrictions on personal or commercial use of your output.
Users may upload images for use within their designs. Uploaded content remains private and is not made public. You confirm that you have the legal right to use any content you upload.
You agree not to use FontGraphix for illegal purposes, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell access to the platform.
FontGraphix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OliveShip Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
